Delete your account

You can delete your Subfaro account and all of your data at any time, free of charge. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you want a copy first, export your subscriptions as CSV.

1. How to delete

On the web app (app.subfaro.com) or in the Android app:

  1. Sign in at app.subfaro.com or open the app.
  2. Go to Settings › Security › Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is closed right away.

2. What is deleted right away

  • your account (name, email and password) and your preferences;
  • all the subscriptions you added and your custom categories;
  • the payment history recorded in Subfaro;
  • your WhatsApp link;
  • any webhooks you set up;
  • your AI assistant connections, such as Claude (access is revoked immediately).

3. What may be kept, and for how long

  • Pro plan payment records (invoices and tax data): kept by Stripe for the period required by tax law.
  • Technical logs and backups: erased within 30 days.

None of it is used for anything else. More details in the Privacy policy.

4. Can't access your account?

Email privacidade@subfaro.com from the address registered on the account, asking for deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours. We reply within 15 days, as Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) requires.
